I’m Patti-Rae, a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Reclaim Wellness Counseling. I provide compassionate, telehealth-based therapy to women across Louisiana, especially those navigating motherhood, grief, birth trauma, or major life changes.

My practice was born from both my professional training and my personal experiences with postpartum challenges and the pain of child loss. These life events deepened my empathy and shaped my mission: to hold space for women who are often expected to hold everything together for everyone else.
