I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC), and I’m passionate about walking with women and families through life’s challenges—whether that’s navigating grief, managing anxiety, or simply trying to hold it all together. I graduated from the University of Holy Cross, where I was honored as an Outstanding Student in Social Counseling. That recognition means a lot to me, but what means more is showing up fully for the people I serve.
I believe in creating a space where you can exhale, feel seen, and know you’re not alone. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're going through a season of struggle or seeking long-term growth, I’ll meet you where you are with empathy, care, and encouragement.
My work has included research published in Death Studies Journal and speaking at conferences across the country. Much of my advocacy has focused on stillbirth awareness and supporting families through loss—work that led to helping pass Louisiana’s stillbirth tax credit. I care deeply about using my voice and knowledge to help women feel supported, both individually and systemically.
To give my clients the very best care, I’m committed to ongoing learning. I stay current on research, new therapeutic approaches, and specialized trainings—because you deserve support that evolves with you.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me spending time with my family or exploring new places through travel. These moments of connection and adventure help keep me grounded and present. I’m also a proud mom to a spirited daughter who keeps me on my toes with her love for cheer and dance. Being her mom has given me a deep, firsthand understanding of the joys and pressures that come with raising strong, confident girls—and it inspires so much of the heart I bring into my work.
