I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through the complexities of mental health. I graduated from the University of Holy Cross, where I was honored as an Outstanding Student in Social Counseling, an achievement that reflects my dedication to excellence in my field.

Throughout my career, I have made meaningful contributions to the mental health community, including published research in the Death Studies Journal and presenting at numerous conferences. My work has primarily focused on raising awareness about the effects of stillbirth and advocating for better support for families affected by this tragedy. A highlight of my advocacy efforts was playing a key role in the successful passing of the stillbirth tax credit in Louisiana, which demonstrates my commitment to creating systemic change.

In my professional journey, I’ve worked in both private practice and as a school counselor, always seeking innovative ways to help and advocate for my clients. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and traveling, where I get to embrace new experiences and perspectives.
