Reclaim Wellness Counseling was born out of my own journey through stillbirth, multiple miscarriages, infertility, and postpartum depression. In my most vulnerable moments, I struggled to find the kind of support I truly needed—therapy for moms-someone who could hold space with empathy and understanding. I opened this practice to be that person for others.
At Reclaim Wellness, I offer individual therapy for those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, infertility, and child loss. My approach is rooted in connection—I believe healing begins with a safe, genuine relationship. Every client’s story is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet each person where they are, with compassion, flexibility, and care.
